Andie Rae Dumas-White "Sissy", age 4, of Edmond, OK returned home to Jesus on December 2, 2011. Andie was born June 27, 2007 in Oklahoma City with a congenital heart defect: Hyperplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). Andie Rae was an Angel on earth. She touched every heart with her grace and inspiration. Andie Rae told everyone "keep trying, never give up" and lived by those words daily. Andie Rae changed lives. "Sissy" loved playing with her brothers, watching Mickey Mouse, going to Chuck E. Cheese, going to school, and participating in horse riding therapy. "Sissy" loved to sing and dance everyday and wanted to be on American Idol. "Sissy" also loved spending time with her special neighborhood friends that were like big sisters to her. Andie Rae was preceded in death by her grandparents Jerry and Wilma White. Andie Rae is survived by her parents Connie and Debbie; brothers Nate and Brandon; Grandma Ann Dumas; Aunts and Uncles Larry and Chandra Dumas, Angela Dumas, Darrell and Carla Winner, Debbie Burns, Cheryl Gray, Jeff and Kathy White, Cathy Boehm, Jimmy White, Jay White, and their loving families. Andie Rae also leaves behind numerous wonderful friends, incredible teachers, volunteers at Coffee Creek Riding Stables, providers at Sooner Start, and all the caring doctors and nurses. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Smith & Kernke Chapel in Oklahoma City. Burial will follow at Gracelawn Cemetery in Edmond, OK.
