Andrew left this plane of existence 8-09-16 at the age of 26 due to an accidental overdose of heroin. In spite of his long struggle with addiction, he lived life with an open heart. He had a keen sense of humor, an infectious laugh, and a creative artistic view of the world that entertained us all. His spirit prospers in the lives of everyone he touched. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Andrew was a yoga instructor, an artist, an accomplished musician, and a skilled unicyclist. He graduated from Yukon High School. He is survived by his father, Robert A. Danaher; mother, Joie M. Laws; sister, Meredith J. Laws-Danaher; along with his many cousins, aunts, uncles, and Gram Nancy. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 19, at 10:00am at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home, 1401 N.W. 23rd Street. The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Refuge Recovery (www.refugerecovery.org/donate).
