Anna Lucille Johnston was born February 13, 1931 in Lynchburg, Virginia to Bertha Boldin Johnston and Wilson Lee Johnston and passed away at age 90 on April 21, 2021 in Oklahoma City. When Anna was six years old, her mother died, and she was separated from her younger sister and sent to live in an orphanage until age 16 when she was adopted by Clarice and Ralph Jackman. Living through the Great Depression, in an orphanage, and being adopted shaped Anna's life into the person so many came to lovingly call "Nana" and she became family to all who met her. Anna is preceded in death by her parents, sister Lois Lee, and husband Curtis "Pete" Loveless. Anna is survived by nephew Carl Tornblom and wife Carol, daughter Becky Loveless, and granddaughter Alyssa Loveless.
