Audrey Claire Leslie

Audrey Claire Leslie was born May 27, 2014 and peacefully flew to Heaven while in her parents' arms, surrounded by family, on August 16, 2014. She was 81 days old. She is celebrated here on Earth as the beautiful daughter of parents, Chris and Rachel Leslie; and precious sister to brother, Cooper, all of Edmond, Oklahoma. She is treasured as a beloved granddaughter by her grandparents, Mark and Renee Ebert, Chip and Mary Leslie all of Stillwater, OK. She is remembered with love by her great-grandparents, Bill & Barbara Lane of Bartlesville, OK. Audrey is also remembered as a treasured niece of Carrie Leslie, Jason Ebert, Justin and Debbie Ebert, cousins Donovan Spivey and Canyon Ebert, and many loving family members and friends. Audrey was welcomed to her new home by her heavenly family, great-grandparents: Bennie Cooper, Derry and Carolee Ebert, all formerly of Bartlesville, OK; John and Barbara McWilliams, formerly of Colorado Springs, CO; David and Mary Leslie, formerly of Minneapolis, MN. A celebration of life will take place on Monday, August 25, 2014 at Cole's Garden in Oklahoma City at 1:00pm. Arrangements provided by Smith and Kernke Funeral Home. A precious child that fought like a warrior and lived despite odds because of love. Love of family and friends, who loved her wholly for 81 miraculous days, that will never be forgotten. Audrey's family would like to thank the medical teams at Mercy Hospital and the Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center for their roles in her courageous battle. They also deeply appreciate Audrey's prayer warriors for encouragement, love, and prayers from the beginning of her story and continuing on today.
