Barbara L. Ogden

Barbara entered this world on February 10, 1932 in Miami, OK and she left us by passing away peacefully on January 10, 2015 in Oklahoma City. She was a beloved wife and mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She touched countless other lives. Greeting Mom in Heaven are husband Charlie, her parents Russell and Thelma Younger, brother Bill, grandson Bryan and many family and friends. Left behind to remember her unique spirit are son Rick, daughter Juli Hadfield and husband Jeff, son Jeff and wife Cathy. Surviving grandchildren are Melissa, Rikki, Hailey, Maggie, Allison, Kaitlyn, Stephanie and Barbara. Great-grandchildren are Ethney, Sirius, Asher, Raven, Erakah, Lesette, Leila, Skyler, Charles, Lawson, Tucker, Elsie and Georgia; many nieces and nephews as well. They and her friends mourn her passing and celebrate her life. We know she graces a new home in Heaven, and we are the poorer for it; however we know that she is in a better place. Family will be receiving friends for visitation on Friday, January 16, 2015 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Smith & Kernke 23rd Street Chapel. Services to celebrate her life will be held in Barbara's honor on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 10:30am at Smith & Kernke 23rd Street Chapel.
