Bill L. Silvernail

Bill Silvernail, a dedicated second-generation contractor and beloved husband and father, passed away at the age of 79. He was born on March 26, 1945, and was the only child of Leroy Arthur Silvernail and Willie Fern Silvernail. His life was marked by a commitment to family, work, and lasting friendships.

His parents instilled in him strong values of kindness, perseverance, and integrity. Bill proudly carried on the family legacy as a HVAC contractor, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He not only mastered the trade but also passed down his expertise and passion for the business to his two sons, teaching them the value of hard work and the importance of family.

Bill graduated from Northwest Classen High School and attended Central State University. He was an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma for the US Postal Service Training Facility.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bill was a proud member of the Theta Kappa Omega fraternity, where he formed lifelong bonds with his brothers. These friendships were an important part of his life, and he cherished the monthly lunch dates he shared with his closest friends, strengthening connections that spanned decades.

Bill was known for his warm and generous spirit, his sense of humor, and his unwavering support for those he loved. He had a natural curiosity and a lifelong passion for learning. Bill loved history. When not working, he loved to go hunting and fishing.

Throughout his life, Bill formed lasting friendships and maintained close bonds with those who were fortunate enough to know him. He was a loyal friend, a loving husband and son, and a person who could always be counted on for a helping hand.

Bill is preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by the love of his life, Jaynee; sons, Jay and Greg; precious grandchildren, Tanner, Nick, Preston, Sophia, Alia; and great grandchildren, Penelope, and Lorili.

Bill's family and friends will forever miss his quick wit, jovial sense of humor, kind spirit, his mentorship, and the steady presence he provided in their lives. May his memory be eternal.
