Blake James Chappell

Blake James Chappell was born on March 10, 1972, in Tulsa Ok. Blake passed away on January 8, 2014 in Oklahoma City. He was employed in the family business of Chappell Supply and Equipment of Oklahoma City. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Roy and Linda Chappell of Arcadia, Ok, mother, Jane Chappell of Oklahoma City, sister, Alisha Robinson and husband Mark of Cummings, GA, brothers; Chase and wife Shyla of Piedmont, OK, Cole and wife DeAnne of Arcadia, OK, nephews; Chance Robinson, Braden Robinson, Tanner Robinson, Logan Chappell, nieces; Kylee Chappell, Talyn Chappell, Torrin Chappell. Family will receive visitors for visitation on Sunday, January 12, from 2:00 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Smith and Kernke Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Monday, January 13 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Church of the Servant in Oklahoma City. Burial will follow at Sunnylane Cemetery in Del City, Ok.
