Bruce Carr Williams

Bruce Carr Williams 91 passed away on January 10, 2011 at the Sterling House of Bethany. He was born December 23, 1919 in Edgecombe County, NC to William Asa Williams and Margaret Regina (Carr) Williams. The family moved to Oklahoma City shortly thereafter. On April 26, 1947, he married Connie Avalee Dobbs at the First Christian Church in OKC. Their union produced no children. Bruce was a career salesman of fine clothing; working at leading men's clothing stores including 12 years with Cutchalls prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife Connie; brother Weddell "Brownie" Williams and Bill "Ace" Williams; and sister Annie Pryor Bradburn. Visitation will be Thursday from 9 to 5 at the funeral home.
