Charlotte Descher

Charlotte Descher was born May 22, 1942 in Collinsville, OK to Coletta Rose (Shaklee) Burke and William Joseph Burke. She passed away on May 13, 2013 at the age of 70. Charlotte was a devoted mother, wife, daughter, grandmother and sister. She is preceded in death by her husband, Duane Descher; her parents; sisters, Joyce Nichols, Sr. Rose Therese Burke; and her brothers Harold Burke, Gene Burke and Jim Burke. She is survived by her daughters, Annette Descher and her children, Samantha, Rose, Daniel and Sabrianna; Debbie Kirk and her husband, Mike and their children, Alex and Jessica; and Pam Noonan and her husband, Bryan and their children, Savannah, Sierra and Cassidy; as well as her sister, Patricia Harp. The family would like to thank all those who cared for Charlotte during the past few years and for all the prayers and support. Visitation will be held from 9am-6pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 followed by an Evening Prayer Service at 7pm at Smith & Kernke Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30pm on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at St. Eugene Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Catholic Charities.
