Connie Griggs Wilson

Connie Griggs Wilson was born August 22, 1946 to Charles and Josephine Milligan and went to be with the Lord on October 22, 2011. She lived in Oklahoma City most of her life and was a graduate of Northwest Classen High School. It was while attending Northwest Classen that she met and married Jim Griggs, and together they had three children. Connie worked as an administrative assistant for various companies in Oklahoma City, including AOL and Advance Food Company, and was a long-time friend of Bill W. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, Terry Milligan. Connie is survived by her daughters, Jamie Watson of Lawton; Christie James and husband, Jeff, of Oklahoma City; Mindi Turner and husband, Aaron, of Longview, TX, and by her sister, Shirley Sears and husband, Jerry, of Austin TX. She was most proud of her seven grandchildren: Blake and Jordan Watson, Jace and Carson James, and Caitlin, Kelsey and Christopher Turner. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, October 25th, at 1:00 pm at Smith & Kernke Chapel followed by a Reception with family and friends.
