Gale was born in Fairfield, IL the son of William & Adela (Carrier) Galeener. He served as a lab technician for the U.S. Army during World War II. He has worked as a food chemist & computer expert for Wilson Foods most of his life. He was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist church since 1970 and was very faithful in attendance until his health declined. He also enjoyed ballroom dancing when he had the time. Gale is survived by his step-daughter, Cecile Elliott and her husband Cliff, Sr. of Oklahoma City; a step-grandson, Steven Scott of Jacksonville, AR.
