Crennan is a 22 year old man who had a plan for his life. He married his best friend, Shellby, the love he met at 15. They had a 2 year old daughter, Enola and were eagerly awaiting another baby girl in February 2016. Crennan is an outstanding father and husband and dreamed of joining the Navy special ops to become a Navy SEAL and after training for months was sworn into the Navy in August 2015. A motor vehicle accident on September 19, 2015 left him with severe head trauma that was insurmountable. Crennan's goal was to save lives and make a difference and he did that on September 23, 2015 by a choice he made at the age of 18 to become an organ donor and giving the most precious of gifts. Crennan's bright shining light showed a loving, caring, funny, always smiling adventurer who never met a stranger, was a good friend to many and one of four close brothers. Seeing the world from a fresh unabashed perspective he was expressive in his poetry and art. Keeping his spirit alive are his wife, Shellby Baker, daughter Enola and the princess Baker arriving in February 2016; father Owen Baker and wife Victoria; mother Caryl and dad Scott Ridgeway; his three brothers Chris Baker, Cayden and Chase Ridgeway; father in law dad Clint Sheppard; mother and father in law Lisa and Guy Wakefield, grandparents Gale and Rodney Smith; John and Betty Hernandez; Ben and Dorothy Ridgeway; uncle and aunt Ronnie and Amy Christopher and their two sons Austin and Hunter Christopher; cousin Paige Baker and mother Cindy; might-as-well-be uncle Kevin Kolar and friends and family too numerous to mention. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, September 27th at Smith & Kernke 23rd Street Chapel. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established for Shellby and the girls to assist with any expenses and help Shellby financially www.gofundme.com/crennanbaker.com
