Marvin Dale Silvernail, 80 years of age, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, September 5, 2020. Dale was born at home on May 17, 1940, in Hominy,Oklahoma, to Ira Clyde Silvernail and Helen Jenkins Silvernail. He graduated from Classen High School in Oklahoma City, and in 1959, Dale married Linda Marie Herndon, his high school sweetheart. For fifty-seven years, they had a wonderful life together as soul mates. Dale was a devoted husband, father grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by a large loving family and friends – all of whom will miss him greatly. Dale was a salesman, innovative business-owner,and problem-solver. "Thinking outside the box" was one of his gifts. He was jovial, funny, and a loyal friend who never met a stranger. He appreciated hard work and fair-dealing. His family was his greatest sense of pride and he was very protective of those he loved. He was always ready with a story or joke and could engage in conversation with anyone and make them feel valued. Dale was a deacon and an active member of Quail Springs Baptist Church. The memorial service to celebrate his life will be September 18, at 2:00 at Quail Springs Baptist Church, 14613 North May Avenue
