David Neal Caesar
David Neal Caesar passed away on Jan 7, 2024. He was born in Oklahoma City to Roy and Lulla Belle Caesar on August 11, 1948.
He proudly served in the US Navy from 1967 to 1970. After his service he returned to Oklahoma City and was a florist for many years.
He is survived by Trevelon his wife of 52 years, daughter Tammie, son-in-law Mark, son Larry, and granddaughter Ashlyn.
He will be greatly missed.
