David, 67, passed from this life to eternal peace on September 17, 2015. He was born on September 24, 1947 to Kendle and Lorraine (Neel) Cleaver in OKC. He earned an Accounting degree from Bethany Nazarene College (SNU) in 1969. David began his career as one of the original employees of the Hertz Data Center in OKC in 1970. He left in 1987 as Division Vice President and always held warm memories of his time there. He continued his career with Budget Rent a Car for 12 years in New York, London, Paris, Dallas, and Orlando. He completed his career in consulting work all over the U.S. and Frankfurt, Germany, which he found very rewarding. He loved meeting new people and had lifelong friends across the globe. He and wife, Brenda, moved back home in 2005 to OKC. It was wonderful to reconnect with family and old friends. They found a new church home in Life.Church OKC. David was still traveling until September, 2012, when life changed and living each day to the fullest became his priority. He and Brenda were thankful to take a twelve day trip to New York and Paris last year. They celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in December and had a very special Christmas. One last trip was made to New York and Montreal this past July 4th, which was perfect. David loved his Lord and was forever faithful. He was so proud of his kids in everything they did and told everyone about them. David had a wonderful life and was always thankful for all the blessings he received. We pray you are soaring on eagle's wings in the Heavens until we meet again. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by wife, Brenda; children, Greg and Trisha Cleaver, Jeremy and Lynae Sipe, Brittany and Courtney; sister, Cheri Bedford; her son Bryan Bedford, wife Desiree, Tessa and Sadie; her daughter, Leslie Hurt, husband Clint, Austin; cousins and many friends.
