David Neher, age 70, passed away to be with his Lord & Savior after a long and couragous battle with cancer. A one of a kind "EngiNehering" Genius. A very loving and devoted husband, father & papa. An avid golfer and Sooner sports enthusiast you could normally find hanging out at Twin Hills G&CC, or the Dugout. Dad was hard headed and very stubborn who was up to any mechanical challenge. He was also kind, soft hearted and extremely generous to anyone in need. He was a very respected and successful businessman, a provider to many, teacher, protector, irreplaceable and cherished father and friend. He was a man who never accepted "you can't" or believed in giving in on any endeavor. He was a true fighter with an unshakeable will and constitution refusing to let his illness keep him down. His love, concern and desire to watch the kids grow was the driving force in his fight for life. His body wore out, but never did his mind or spirit. David was preceded in death by his parents, Martin & Mary, 2 brothers, Bill & Buge Neher & father-in-law, Cap Watkins. He is survived by his longtime wife, partner & friend Glenda Neher, daughter Meegan and husband Josh Pelafigue, sons Derek Neher & wife Lori and Zack Neher, brothers Sam, Rod, Donald & Duane, sisters Frances & Sissy, grandkids Dax, Britt, Ryan & Mikena Maroney, Caleb, Jonah & Sam Neher, as well as many nephews, nieces and other extended family and friends.
