David Walter Mckenna

David attended Christ the King grade school and graduated from Bishop McGuinness High school and then attended OSU where he received a degree in automotive service. He worked as a heavy line technician for many years and worked his way up to service manager at Rick Jones Buick-GMC where he was employed for 36 years. David enjoyed spending time with his family, taking vacations, golfing and doing special projects around the house. He was very passionate about his job. David was a kind man with a good heart who had a positive impact on many people. He will always be remembered for that. He is preceded in death by a daughter Erin Nicole. He is survived by his wife, Tracy; two daughters, Stephani and Megan; his parents, Neil and Carole McKenna; a brother, Mark McKenna (Valerie); three sisters, Debbie Hines (Barney), Cheryl Williamson (Mark), Diane Dockery (Keith); his father and mother in law, Raymond and Reatha Sanders; sisters in law, June Young, Marsha Schnider (Don), Patti Tripp; a brother in law, Randy Sanders (Janet) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday and Friday from 10am to 5pm at the funeral home. An evening prayer service will be held at 7pm on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Christ the King Catholic Church. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10am on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Christ the King Catholic Church with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
