Denise M. Evans

M. Denise Evans was born April 22, 1956 in Oklahoma City, to Ewart and Doris (McKee) Vaughan. Denise passed away January 8, 2014. Denise was fascinated by birds, she could recognize over 150 different species. She especially loved to look for Bald Eagles in eastern Oklahoma. She loved her friends on Facebook and adventure computer games. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Dan Vaughan and Mona Angelo. She is survived by her husband, Larry; sisters; Debbie Johnson , Michelle McElyea, and Dawn Bishop; son in-law; Phil Evans and wife Chris; daughters' in-law, Katy Boren and husband Dusty and Livy Huelskamp and husband Tommy and grandchildren; Stella Boren, Tess Boren, Kaitlyn Huelskamp, Trey Huelskamp, and Cole Huelskamp, and numerous nieces and nephews, and her much loved Chessy, Ginny. Denise had a smile that could light up a room; she will be missed by all who knew her. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Januray 13, 2014 at Smith and Kernke Chapel.
