Denise Mae Smith

Denise Smith passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015. She retired from Oklahoma Department of Human Services. She liked to fish and go to the casino. She is survived by son, Johnny Smith; daughter, Cristy Smith; grandson, Rueben Sherrell who she helped take care of; brother, Rod Evans; sisters, Linda, Carol, Dora, and Jane; and Jayson Burk and daughter Harley, Candice Lejeune and children Jordan , Cydnie, and Calliegh. Saying goodbye is never easy and we will carry her in our hearts forever.
