Dianne Lyn Keeney went to be with God on Thursday, July 18, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with her illness. Dianne was born to Guy and Nita Keith on November 23, 1948 in Nashville, Arkansas. She graduated from Harding High School and continued her education at Oklahoma State University where she was a prominent member of the Chi Omega sorority. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science at Phillips University. Dianne started out as a school teacher and then went on to become a loyal employee of Allstate Insurance until her retirement. She was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Dianne spent her leisure time watching and talking sports, as an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Rangers, Mavericks, Stars and the Oklahoma Sooners. She was an amazing skier on the lake and on the mountain. She enjoyed the challenge of a crossword puzzle or a dice game, and loved beating her son's friends at a game of Spades. She is preceded in death by her father Guy Keith Sr., brother Guy Keith Jr., and nephew Kory Keith. She is survived by her mother Nita Keith, son Braden Harmon and wife Kendra, sister Becky Keith, brother Kevin Keith and wife Katrina and sister-in-law Martha Keith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews Darcie Garza and husband Michael, Lacy Gaskins and husband Craig, Austin Keith, Kassi Keith and Karsen Keith. Also great nieces, Kaley Keith and Harper Gaskins and great nephew Guy Garza.

Viewing will take place on Wednesday, July 24th from 6pm to 8pm at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home on N. May Ave. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, July 25th at 11am at Rose Hill Burial Park. All family and friends are invited. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to St. Jude's Cancer Research in tribute to Dianne Keith Keeney (#33869274).
