Dora, 89, went to be in heaven with her Lord, joining her husband Harold. Born in Aspermont, Texas she was raised on a ranch with a large extended family. She married the love of her life, Harold, at the end of the summer of 1942. The first four years of their marriage Harold was in the Air Force, which kept them apart. Dora worked throughout her life, at home while the girls were young and later was always the "go to" person in the office. She worked for over twenty years in the oil industry. They moved from San Antonio to Oklahoma City to be near their grandsons. She was always active in church, and made Village Baptist Church their final church family. At work and at church she made many great friends. She was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her two daughters, Claudia Duncan of Shawnee, and Cynthia Bradford and her husband Reagan of Edmond. She has 5 grandsons, Chris Duncan and his wife Cacie and their daughter Chloe and son Corbin, Cole Duncan, Shawn Bradford and his wife Heather and their daughter Emma, Brandon Bradford and his fiancée Rebecca, and Reagan and his wife Keri and their two daughters, Hattie Mae and Frances. The funeral service will be held Sunday, January 18, 2015, at 3 p.m. at Smith & Kernke N. May Chapel.
