Ed attended the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and was a member of Delta Upsilon International Fraternity. He also volunteered for ROTC, was commissioned an officer in the US Army, and served in Vietnam where he was awarded the Air Medal and the Bronze Star. He then earned an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and went to work for Republic Bank in Dallas where he met and married Judy, the love of his life for the next 53 years. They moved to Oklahoma City where he managed First National Bank’s real estate department before entering the commercial and industrial real estate field with his father. He served as President of many organizations, among them are Delta Upsilon International Fraternity, Rotary Club 29, OKC Men’s Dinner Club, and the OKC Chapter of the American Heart Association.
