Elizabeth J. Jackson

Elizabeth J. (Donnelly) Jackson, 96 passed away on May 21, 2014 in Oklahoma City. She was born on January 19, 1918 to Mike Donnelly and Minnie (Renner) Donnelly in Oklahoma City. Elizabeth was a wonderful homemaker and mother to her children. After raising her children, she opened a piano studio in the home where she taught piano for many years. She loved teaching piano. Elizabeth and her husband were charter members of St. Patrick Church in OKC. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas E. Jackson, Jr., her parents, a brother and her sister. She is survived by her children Thomas Michael Jackson and wife Linda, Eileen O'Reilly and husband Bob, Kevin D. Jackson, Danny F. Jackson and wife Wendy; 8 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. Elizabeth will be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit and will be greatly missed by all of her family and by all of those who knew her. The family would like to give special thanks to the care givers at St. Ann's Nursing Home and Heavenly Hospice. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice is suggested. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery Chapel.
