Elta Marie Price Bradford, (93), passed away May 23, 2016 in Oklahoma City. Elta was born January 23, 1923 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Cora and Ernest Price. She had two sisters, Floreine and Cora, and two brothers Bob and Tommy. She married the love of her life, Doyle Bradford, in 1943 and they enjoyed a wonderful life together until Doyle passed away in 2003. Elta is survived by her sister, Cora; her sons, Dennis Bradford and his wife, Deloris of OKC; Harry (Bud) Bradford and his wife, Lenore of Auburn, WA; and Kenneth (Ken) Bradford and his wife, Kim of OKC; her daughter, Claudia Robertson and her husband Jim of OKC; and eight grandchildren, Tiffany Hunt and her husband, Darrell; Ashley Cayce and her husband, Ty; Jordan Bradford and his wife, Brandi; Katherine Hunter and her husband, Russell; Lauren Quick, Jacob Robertson, Brendon Quick and his wife, Genevieve and Lucy Robertson. She is survived by eight great grandchildren, Hannah, Toby, Carys, Kendyl, Jack, Melian, Madeleine and Ransom with another great granddaughter, Charlotte, on the way. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. Elta devoted her life to her family, her friends, and her church. Above all, her strong faith defined her and she truly lived a life where others could see Christ's light shining through. She was active at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, especially enjoying the Chancel Choir and the United Methodist Women. Mission work was important to her and throughout her life she served others selflessly. She had a wonderful sense of humor, with an infectious smile and laughter that brightened every day. She had an unending love of children and music and combined the two teaching music at Mother's Day Out where she touched the lives of many children. She had many passions and joys. She was a wonderful cook, gardener, seamstress, quilter, vocalist, artist and poet. But her greatest passion and joy was her family. Her charge to us all was to "Love One Another and to Love Life." Although small in stature, she "Loved Big." Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Smith & Kernke, 14624 North May Avenue, with the family there to receive guests from 5 to 7 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, 2717 W.
