Elyse Lee Hatcher of Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, passed away unexpectedly on September 30, 2024. Elyse was born in Oklahoma City, OK on September 18, 1970, to Barry and Linda Rooker.

She was known for her warm and generous presence, her impeccable sense of style, and her unwavering dedication to those that she loved. Her sons were her pride and joy, and she poured her heart into raising them. Elyse and Jim were married in March of 2013 and together they created a home for their sons.

Elyse, Jim and the boys traveled the world together, creating wonderful memories. Those were the moments she treasured most. Elyse delighted in making her and Jim’s home a special place for all of their friends and family. She touched so many lives with her kindness and generosity.

Elyse was predeceased by her father Barry Rooker and her son Jack Hull. She is survived by a large family, including her husband, Jim Hatcher, son and daughter-in-law Whit and Daisy Hull, mother and stepfather Linda and Frank Olney, sister and brother-in-law Leslie and Lance Norick and brother and sister-in-law Chris and Mary Rooker and brother-in-law John Hatcher. Her cousins; Robert E. Lee III, Carolyn Hughes, Brie Dorr, and Lee Messing and their families. Her nieces and nephews: Kate, Charlie and Molly Russell, Max Norick, Kate and Jack Huigens, Sam and Stella Hubler, Shelby Whitaker and Robert, Elizabeth and John Rooker.

Services will be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Thursday, October 3rd at 2 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Infant Crisis Services.
