Evelyn Marie Matlock

Evelyn Marie Matlock, 82, was born to Norman W. and Bertie Mae Draper in Traer, Iowa. She was married to Patrick Matlock for 25 years. She worked at R.K. Black and retired in 1990. She was also employed by Remington Park Race Track. Evelyn enjoyed her family and friends, watching golf, reading and volunteering for her church and community. Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Dean) Basinger, Wanda (Tony) Glover, Laurie (Frank) Boswell; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Kit and Pauline. Preceded in death are her daughter, Carol Rose; one sister Stella Jean; six brothers, Elmer, George, Norman, Ralph, Wendell and Wayne. A memorial service will be held at 10:00a.m. on Friday, July 13th at Western Oaks Christian Church, 8100 NW 23rd, OKC, 73127. You were loved dearly and will be missed by all.
