Ezequiel Cardenas Mejia, born on August 21, 1964, in Tlacuitapa, Jalisco, Mexico, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

 

Ezequiel was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Ann Cardenas; his father, Esequiel Cardenas; his mother, Juana Cardenas Mejia; and two sisters, Carolina Marquez and Maria Elena Cardenas De Gonzalez

 

He leaves behind his loving children: Esequiel Cardenas, Amanda Williams-Cardenas, Guadalupe Cardenas, and Jesus Cardenas. Ezequiel was also a proud grandfather to 9 handsome grandsons and 2 beautiful granddaughters. He also leaves behind his siblings: Lourdes Munoz, Marta Cardenas, Encarnacion Cardenas, Marco Cardenas, Francisco Cardenas, Jose Cardenas, Erica Martinez, Marbella Ramirez, and Gloria Amezquita. His life was marked by his dedication to his family and his strong work ethic. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and the love he shared with those around him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

 

Ezequiel will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
