Frank Martin Hernandez passed away at his home in Oklahoma City December 17, 2021. He was born March 9, 1925, in Mexico, the son of Refugio G. and Luciana Hernandez. He moved from Mexico to Oklahoma City at the age of 4. He attended school through the 8th grade when he quit to go to work to help support his family. Frank served in the US Army from 1949-1950 when he received an honorable discharge and served in the Army Reserves. He worked 10 years at St. Anthony Hospital before beginning a career at Scrivener. He retired as I.T. Supervisor at Scrivener after 40 years of employment. He was a devoted member of Little Flower Catholic Church for over 90 years and has been a member of St. Phillip Neri Catholic Church in Midwest City for the last 7 years.He is survived by a sister, Marguerite Hernandez and many cousins and friends who will miss and remember him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Ramondo, Albert and John M., and 3 sisters, Lucia, Cecila and Emilia.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 10am at Little Flower Catholic Church. Burial will military honors will follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
