Garet E. Van De Steeg

Dr. Garet E. Van De Steeg was born on Feb. 8, 1940 to Clarence and Dolorous Van De Steeg. He grew up in La Crosse, WI, graduated from Marquette in 1962 & earned his Ph.D. in 1968 from UNM. He worked with Kerr-McGee until 2008. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy and his sons Erik and Leigh, as well as a grand-daughter, Ruby Leigh. Relatives include his sister Charlene and her husband Jim Johnson of Peoria, IL and his sister Gretchen and her husband Virgil Leinum of Hot Springs, AR.
