Glenda Mahoney

Glenda passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 14, 2011. Glenda grew up in Tulsa, OK graduating from Central High School 1953 and Tulsa University 1957. Glenda lived in Chicago, IL for many years and worked for the American Dental Association. She then returned to OK in 1971 living in Oklahoma City. Glenda worked for Hodges Trucking for 33 years as Executive Secretary to Jack Hodges from 1978 to present. In her free time Glenda was an accomplished knit-tress and enjoyed knitting for friends and family. She is preceded in death by her mother Verlyn Reynolds Clack of Tulsa, OK. Glenda is survived by her husband Grant Mahoney; Step-sons Tim Mahoney and Andy Mahoney; and grandson Bradon Mahoney all of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her father John Clack of Orlando, Fl; Sister Brenda Dixon of Edmond, OK; and Sister Terri Stanko of Whitney Pointe, NY. A come and go reception will be held on Friday, Oct. 21 from 11a.m.-1p.m. at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home.
