Services to celebrate Bob Lewis will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Smith & Kernke 23rd Street Chapel with graveside services 3:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Joyce Lewis as well as numerous extended family and friends.
