Jacqueline Hahn was born in Joliet, IL on December 10, 1942 to Clyde and Irma McIntyre, and passed away on May 14, 2010. Jacqueline received her undergraduate degree from Centenary College and received her Master's from Tulane University. Jacqueline was in private practice as a clinical Social Worker and saw clients as recently as last week. She received Social Worker of the year in 1991 for her contributions to the children of OK. Her contributions included founding and sustaining the OK youth suicide prevention association, and developing the suicide awareness intervention guide. Also, she was a major contributor towards eliminating corporal punishment in the OK public schools. Jacqueline is survived by her husband Robert S., of forty years; Sons Matthew and Robert S. Jr., daughter Elizabeth, two grandchildren Aaron and Eva, and many friends and family
