Jacqueline "Jackie" J. Penn

Jackie passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018. She was born August 12, 1940 to Roy and Betty Ann Mauldin. She grew up in Texas and Arkansas and has been a resident of Oklahoma City for the past 30 years. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Monte Penn; three children, Cindy Williams, Scott Penn and Paige Headley and husband Rob; six grandchildren, Natalie, Emily, Austin, Kahle, Corey and Payton; two great-grandchildren, Tommy and Marilyn; two sisters, Mona and Connie; two brothers, Ben and Roy; brother-in-law, Michael Penn and wife Ginger, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and loving friends. Jackie will be remembered for her eternal optimism, her quick wit and loving spirit.
