Jacquelyn Kay (White) Orsack was born on May 28, 1946, in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Jacque attended Chouteau High School where she played the flute and twirled the baton in the marching band. She attended Midwest Christian College and Southwestern Oklahoma State University, earning both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree. She met her husband Charles Eugene "Gene" Orsack while attending Southwestern. They married December 21, 1968, at the First Christian Church in Chouteau. Gene's career moved them to various towns throughout Texas and Oklahoma, eventually settling in Burns Flat, Oklahoma, where she continued to teach elementary school until her retirement in 2008. Jacque passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Oklahoma Heart Hospital North in Oklahoma City. She is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Helen Barbara "Pegge" White. She is survived by her husband Gene, her three daughters, Staci Stewart, Cathy Kibbe, and Keri Orsack-Byrd, her five granddaughters, Emma, Abby and Elle Stewart, and Evelyn and Miriam Kibbe, and her sister, Sheryl Goforth.In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Oklahoma Parkinson's Alliance.
