Jana Michelle Sydnes

Jana Michelle Sydnes, 46, passed away tragically as a result of a car accident February 6, 2021, in Edmond. She was born November 8, 1974, in Oklahoma City to Mike and Geletta White. She graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1993 where she was very active in DECA and lettered in volleyball. Jana loved to travel the mountains, especially going to Colorado and Beavers Bend, OK, in the fall. She also enjoyed visiting the ocean and exploring new restaurants. Going to movies was a must. Most important in her life, was her husband and children. She loved her family and valued her friendships. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. She is survived by her parents; husband, Mike Sydnes; her son, Hayden Marchant; daughter, Tyler Marchant; father of her children, Shel Marchant; sons, Jack and Max Sydnes; and daughter, Kimber Sydnes; sister, Mindi Cleburn and husband Steve Adkins; her father- and mother-in-law, Stephen and Janet Sydnes; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.A service to remember Jana will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Smith & Kernke N.
