Jeral Ray "Jay" Fulton II was born in Oklahoma City on September 10, 1961. Jay was the first born child of J.R. "Bud" Fulton and Patricia Fulton. He passed away on September 14th, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Fulton; his uncle, Herb Norton; his first cousins, Mitzy Norton, Steve Norton and Jerry Norton; his grandparents, Ruby and Walter Fulton; and grandparents, Thomas and Mae Van Kuren. He is survived by his father, J.R. "Bud" Fulton and stepmother, Paula Fulton; sister, Kima Fulton; niece, Emma Fulton-Landry; and aunt, Faye Norton. As well as his many beloved cousins.Jay graduated from Putnam City High School in 1980 and went on to attend OSU. He began selling real estate in Oklahoma City with his father, Bud Fulton. Jay was a born salesman and loved the real estate industry. But he wanted to test his wings and moved to Baton Rouge, LA where he became a drug and alcohol counselor. He helped so many others get sober and stay sober. When Jay moved back to Oklahoma City, he ran into a high school friend, Jackie Whitaker and they married in 1995. Even though they divorced, they remained very good friends. Jay was a free spirit who lived his life to the beat of his own drum. He worked as a Landman in North Dakota during the oil boom and then was a 18-wheeler truck driver up until the time of his motorcycle accident.Jay touched so many lives in so many ways. You couldn't go anywhere with Jay where he didn't run into someone he knew and had made a difference in their life. Once you became Jay's friend he considered you his friend for life.He was loved by many and will be missed by many.Viewing for Jay will be Sunday, September 18 2022, from 2pm to 4pm at the funeral home. Funeral will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 2pm at Smith & Kernke North May Chapel.
