Sled Dog one this is Sled Dog two, please be advised…….. Jeffrey F. Childress, 58, left us on Sunday, July 20th. He was born on March 30th, 1956 in Pensacola, Florida. He moved to Oklahoma City in 1974 and has been an Oklahoma resident for most of his adult life with the exception of a five year stay in Las Vegas where he enjoyed flying glider planes. He is survived by his three sisters Roxanna L. Rizzo, Joan F. McCord and her husband Marc of Oklahoma City and Vicki V. Childress of Issaquah, WA. He was a beloved uncle to his three nieces, Sarah Rizzo, Tara Carlsward, Jessi McCord and nephew Maurice Rizzo III. He is also survived by many extended family members, too numerous to list….. He is preceded in death by his mother Lillian Imogene (Jean) Childress and father Eldon Earl Childress. Jeff leaves behind his loyal friends: John P. Estes, Patti Gunkel-Estes and Payton Gunkel-Johnson, Steve and Laura Perkins, Keith Kennedy, Grayson Estes and Haylie Treas, Terry Fratti, Tucker the dog and many others who loved him and will miss him.
