Jerrie Lynn Strawn

Jerrie L. (Giles) Strawn devoted mother and grandmother passed away May 2, 2018. She was born in Oklahoma City on December 4, 1945 to Ruth and Ed Giles. She graduated from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. The greatest loves of Jerrie's life were her grandchildren. She attended all of their sporting events, activities and helped with every school project. She always nurtured them and made sure they had everything they needed. She has been accused of spoiling them rotten. Jerrie is survived by daughters Bobbie Alexander (Billy), Kristen Murphy; grandchildren Zach and Taylor Alexander, Lauren and Addison Murphy. Other loving relatives and friends include, Robert Strawn, Judy and Ben Trevino, and Jennifer Giles. Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Friday, May 11 at 3:30 pm at Christ the King Catholic Church, 8005 Dorset Drive, Oklahoma City. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
