Jo Ann Petuskey

JoAnn Petuskey was born in Oklahoma City, the daughter of Donald C. and Charlotte Weeks. She attended the University of Denver and the Scottsdale Arts School where she studied oil painting and sculpting. She owned a restaurant in Oklahoma City where she was well-known for her Muffalettas, also selling them at the Arts Festival. She had requests from as far as California for her recipes. JoAnn was a member of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity and the Northwest Rotary Club. She and her husband loved to travel, including trips to Europe, visiting Pope John in Rome, and many ventures to Canada. The couple spent their anniversary each year in April in Scottsdale. JoAnn was a gifted artist with her work being admired by many friends. She also enjoyed spending the first Thursday of every month celebrating friends' birthdays at various restaurants around town. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Don Weeks. She is survived by her husband, Tom; children, Randall Fudge and wife Glenda, Harold Fudge, Shannon Gagnon and husband Gary, and Julianne Barry; grandchildren, Evan Barry, Grace Barry and Matthew Barry and wife Emily. An evening prayer service will be held Tuesday, April 28 at 7 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. Both liturgies will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Edmond. Burial will follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
