Joe Donald Hansen

Joe Donald Hansen was born and raised in Verden. He graduated from Verden HS in 1968, before joining the National Guard. Joe attended Central State University pursuing a degree in Funeral Service. Joe met his wife, Bonnie while attending school and settled in Edmond in 1985 with her. He was a long time music, train, and Star Trek fan. Joe is remembered fondly by others for his genuine kindness, love, and service. Joe preceded in death by his father, Roy Hansen; mother, Jo English; and his wife, Bonnie Hansen.Joe is survived by his children, Curtis Hansen and Jane English (Jay Hansen), and grandchild, Juneau Dawn Hansen.A Family Gathering will be from 1:00-3:00pm on Sunday, April 25 at Smith & Kernke North May.Memorial Gifts May Be Made to: OMRF (Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation).
