John F. Thistleton, Jr.

John Frederick Thistleton Jr. passed away on November 13, 2018 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on June 6, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York. John moved from Brooklyn to Long Island, where he met his wife Eileen. He served in the U.S. Army, and was a devout Catholic. John is preceded in death by his wife, Eileen T. Thistleton. He is survived by his sons, John F. Thistleton III and Peter G. Thistleton and wife Camie; and his brother Paul Thistleton and wife Kathy, as well as extended family and loving friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on November 19, 2018 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 2121 N. Portland Ave., Oklahoma City.
