John Forrest White

John Forrest White was born on June 11, 1947 to Marie Teresa and Forrest Glen White. He spent his childhood raised in the Catholic Church in Oklahoma City with siblings Becky, Mike, and Liz. Jonny spent a brief time in the Air Force, obtaining the rank of Airman 3rd Class and distinguished with Small Arms Expert Marksmanship. After being Honorably Discharged, he became a First Line Manager for Southwestern Bell and enjoyed a full career there until retirement. Johnny loved to tinker and build and could often be found in his garage constructing woodworks and model trains, working on vehicles, and building telescopes or computers. It was no surprise when he began working for Lowes where he could share his vast array of knowledge and keep him busy in retirement. He was known to always be ready with a smile and had a beautiful heart. Johnny was exceptionally proud of and adored his family. He is survived by his wife Phyllis, children Tonya, Todd, and Teresa, and grandchildren Talmage, Mathew and Michalie.
