John Frederick Horrigan

John Frederick Horrigan died peacefully at his home. He was born in Magnolia, AR, and came with his family to Oklahoma City in 1959. He attended Rosary School and graduated from Northwest Classen High School where he lettered in cross country. John had the heart of a child; he was very helpful and couldn't tell a lie. He was very caring. He lived with his parents all of his life and took good care of his mom following his dad's death. John loved animals and often took in stray dogs for him and his mom to take care of. He enjoyed going fishing and shooting and was a member of the OKC Gun Club. He also liked listening to music and dancing. He was preceded in death by his dad, Bernard Horrigan, Jr., and is survived by his mom, Carolyn; and two brothers, Michael Horrigan and Bernard Horrigan III and wife Connie. Memorial service will be celebrated Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Smith & Kernke N. May Chapel.
