John William 'Bill' Worley

John William "Bill" Worley passed away April 25, 2010 in OKC. He was born March 12, 1928 in OKC, the son of Ernest and Maurine Cleary Worley. He graduated from John Carroll High School and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Oklahoma City University where he was a member of Kappa Alpha. He joined the Air Force and served four years during the Korean Conflict. He married Catherine Russell in McAlester on Feb. 9, 1957. He was very active in his children's activities as they were growing up. He retired as Account Manager for GMAC in 1986 after 31 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, twin brother, Robert, and sister, Mary Ann Stack. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine; two daughters, Beth McDonald and husband Mike of OKC, and Janet Funkhouser and husband Bill of Tulsa; and 6 grandchildren, Amy, Caitlin, Maura, Sam, Patrick and Natalie.
