Johnny 'Bobo' Determan

Johnny "BoBo" Determan, 64, of OKC, passed away peacefully Aug. 17, 2010, after a short battle with brain cancer. He graduated from John Marshall in 1964, attended UCO and went into the National Guard obtaining the rank of 1st Lt. His passions in life included family, friends, travel, golf and all sports-especially OU football and NASCAR. He was a longtime member of Teamster Union Local #886, which became his second family. He is survived by his "Little Bride", Vicki; his mother-in-law Dorothy Scheirmann and Aunt Betty Dilley; his brothers- Tony and wife Jana and Phil and wife Kim; his extended brother and sister- Dick Scheirmann and wife Marla and Karen Ryan and her husband "Beefer"; his sons and daughters-Kelley and wife Cheree, Jarrett and wife Deedra, Jason and wife Jennifer, Lisa Houston and husband Tad, Kerry Marshall, Chris Marshall and wife Andrea, 11 grandchildren, and a lot of family and a host of friends. A special thanks to all of the support from family, friends, co-workers, medical staff and the Kenny Can Foundation for Brain Cancer who's overwhelming kindness and generosity gave Johnny and his family a blessed peace through this time.
