Joseph George Deller

Joseph George Deller passed away December 28, 2010, in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born August 10, 1936, in Bellmore, NY. Joseph relocated to Oklahoma City from Long Island more than 30 years ago. He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired after a long career with the Federal Aviation Administration. Joe was an avid collector of "Oscar the Grouch" memorabilia, a big NASCAR fan, and a devoted volunteer for many years with RSVP Volunteer Ride. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Julia Deller; one brother, John Deller and two sisters, Martha Deller and Mary Rosendale. Survivors include two sons, Joseph Deller of Spring Hill, FL and Dennis Deller of Mt. Sinai, NY; five daughters, Sharon O'Briski of Hernando, FL, Martha Deller of North Augusta, SC, Marie Waltz of N. Patchogue, NY, Jeanette Cole of Sarasota, FL, and Jennifer Van Riper of Gainesville, FL; one brother, Peter Deller of Wantagh, NY and one sister, Anne Devine of Bronx, NY; fifteen grandchildren and longtime companion, Mary Sue Kilmer of Yukon, OK. In honor of our Father's specific wishes, there will be no Visitation or Memorial Service.
