Joseph was born on Feb. 14, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY the son of Salvator DiMonico and Anna Caporaso DiMonico and passed away on July 15, 2014 in Oklahoma City. He was raised in Brooklyn New York until being stationed in Norman, Oklahoma, in the U.S. Navy. He was then transferred to Pensacola, FL. He returned to Norman after serving in the military to attend the University of Oklahoma to become a pharmacist. He married Margaret E. Vestal on Sept. 4, 1960 at Our Lady's Cathedral of Perpetual Help. In 1972 he purchased Ralph's Drug and Tag Agency and owned and operated it until his death. He was a member of the Oklahoma Pharmacy Board. He enjoyed many activities in life especially having family and friends over for pool parties. He was a member of the Oklahoma Bicycle Society and participated in many different rides across America. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles. His hobby was flying radio controlled airplanes with T.O.R.K.S. Club. He is survived by his wife Margaret of the home; three children, Joseph S. DiMonico (Lisa) of Edmond; Richard S. DiMonico (Tiffany) of Edmond; Anna Noll (Robert) of Guthrie; five grandchildren, Scott, Christopher and Elaina Noll, Joey DiMonico, and Richie DiMonico; and many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one son, Christopher Scotto DiMonico.
