Joyce Ann Snyder

Joyce died at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK, after a brief illness. Joyce was born in Oneida, NY, to Irving and Doris Nichols. Joyce graduated from Oneida High School in June of 1966. She married Tommy B. Snyder on October 22, 1971, and a little over a year later, her daughter Amy I. Snyder, was born. Then her son, Daniel M. Snyder was born a little over two years later. Greg Snyder was born three years later. Her grandson Blake C. Snyder was born while she was still young enough to enjoy him. Her Hobbies were collecting beanie babies and playing with her fur babies (bon, bon, little bear), watching NASCAR and Syracuse sports. Her interests were classical cars and listening to rock and roll. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her son. She is survived by her daughter, son, grandson, brother, Richard Nichols and his wife Jamie; nieces, Kristi and Kelly, and nephews, Jeff and Andrew; as well as many great nieces, nephews and cousins in New York. Service will be a family viewing only and Interment will be at Valley View Cemetery in Oneida, NY, at a later date. Donations can be given to the American Heart Association in her name.
