Juanita Anne Rorem

Juanita Anne Rorem, 92, went to Heaven June 12, 2014. Anne was born January 12, 1922 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was the only child of Charles and Ida Baker. She is survived by her adoring family, daughter, Charlyn Anne Baker of Yukon; grandsons, Arthur Baker Finley of McKinney, TX and Jeffery Charles Finley and wife Kanara of Yukon; great-grandsons, Frederick Donovan and William Joseph Finley of McKinney, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Dale Rorem. Anne worked as an executive secretary in the Oil and Gas Business before pursuing a long career as a high school math teacher. Known for her extraordinary generosity to all who knew her, Anne made a lasting impact on everyone with her kindness and positive outlook. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 16, 2014 at Smith & Kernke 23rd Street Chapel with entombment to follow at Fairlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
