Keith Lowell Wolfe passed away in Oklahoma City on March 18, 2019 after a sudden illness. Keith was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 6, 1966, the son of Phillip Wolfe and Donna Javine Jones. Keith attended Bixby Schools and graduated from high school there in 1984. He attended Oklahoma State University and earned a degree in photography from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1988.
Keith owned and operated 8 Subway restaurants in the Oklahoma City area. Before that, he worked for Seagate Technologies.
Keith was cherished by his friends and family as a hardworking, giving, loving, and good man with an infectious sense of humor. Keith's first priority and delight was in being a loving and dedicated father and husband who enjoyed spending time with his wife and children and participating in their activities including gymnastics, soccer, and football. His interests and hobbies included photography, World War II history, working on his cars, and handgun and rifle shooting. He was a die-hard fan of Oklahoma State football. Keith was also known for his annual Christmas light display that drew people throughout the Edmond area and gave them tremendous joy. He supported the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of his sister Jessica.
Keith is survived by his wife Shonna, daughters Hayley and Hadley, and son Hayden; his father Phillip Wolfe and his wife Joyce; his mother Donna Bean and her husband Joe; brothers Devon (Erin) and Brian (Marilyn); step-siblings Tamra Carlson, Laura Dyer, and Brian Bean; nephews Michael, Christopher, and Maxwell (Madisynn) Wolfe; and niece Emily Wolfe. He was preceded in death by his sister Jessica Wolfe.
